  • For the assignments listed below, show the finished product with the scoring guide (rubric or checklist).
  • Explain the assignment & your score.
  • Once your parent(s) have viewed this and you have discussed it with them, their signature or initials are needed on the blank designated as such on the right-hand side.
  • The blanks on the left are for you to check that you presented it, but that does not mean your parent(s) will sign it—a dialogue between you and them must occur for them to sign off.
  • If you do not have the item(s), your parents are NOT to sign that line.

 

Conducting this conference is for a grade.

  • This sheet is to be turned in during class time AFTER you’ve held the conference.
  • DO NOT turn it in on conference night--turn it in when you come to class.
  • If it is not completed during the conference times at school, it can still be done at home.
  • If you are doing it at home, this sheet is due March 30.
  • Academic detentions will be given for not conducting the conference. Claiming your freebie will also not be allowed for this assignment.
