LOSS PROTECTION PLAN |
This policy represents an agreement between the Canyon Insurance Company, hereafter called the insurer, and the insured, (insert company name here). This policy certifies that the insurer insures the insured against loss and damage as of 12:00 midnight, Central time, on (insert date here). |
The
equipment, supplies and any appurtenances belonging to, or in use by the
insured are covered against all loss and damage including but not necessarily
limited to; theft, fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, vandalism, volcanic
eruption, earthquake, explosions, falling aircraft, bombs, and super big
cockroaches. |
Exclusions to coverage include all loss and damage deemed resulting
from intentional misuse of equipment, any damage or loss attributed to
purposeful infliction by the insured, and in certain circumstances, basic non-thinking. |
Any loss or damage should be reported to the properly designated agent of the Canyon Insurance Company, i.e. Mr. Gillett. After determination of cause and amount of damage, the insured shall be reimbursed (if causes are from those listed in paragraph number two above) for the full value for which the construction has been insured. The factor for payment determination shall be $1000 United States dollars for every $80 worth of insurance. |
Furthermore, if loss and damage is attributed to a cause in paragraph two above, the insured shall be allowed adequate time to rebuild, as determined by amount necessary to rebuild what was lost or damaged. |
The
insured has the right to an appeal to a 3rd party consisting of a
peer institution of the insurer in the case that determination of cause and
amount of damage is in dispute. If
the ruling of the peer institution fails to be accounted for, specific lines
of legal recourse shall be enabled to the fullest extent, including
activation of large groups of blood thirsty Math Class Lawyers, who may have
shady connections. |
The
specific value of this certificate of insurance is held in force by the
insurance application, which shall be attached to this certificate as a legal
insurance rider (by Math class standards, of course). Insurance updates must also be attached to
this certificate if, when, and as they are purchased. This certificate of insurance may null and
void without the proper riders attached and without the official seal of
Canyon Insurance Company. |
