Students
must know all the safety rules and take a quiz over them. Must get an 80%
score to do lab work. Retake will be given, but students must make
arrangements. Lab safety is an absolute must for all students! |
Lab
work is done in groups of 3-5 students. Labs are performed as a team but
actual write-ups and observations are the responsibility of the individual.
They are allowed to share ideas and to discuss any questions they have. |

Students will be given a syllabus with rules and examples. They will
also be asked to take notes over specific teacher rules and expectations. |

faced shoes. 2.)
Hair needs to
put pulled back with hair band, scrunches or rubber band. 3.)
No loose
jewelry or clothing. 4.)
Bring materials
when needed. |
The scientific method will be used throughout the year, but at times
only parts will be used as needed. During inquiry labs all parts will be
emphasized as an assessment of their understanding. |
