To Add Music Sound to PowerPoint

• Insert
• Movies and Sounds
• Sound from File
• Select either to have it play when the slide opens or on click.
• You can drag the icon into the gray area below the slide so it does not show and it will still play on a click.

To Modify When the Sound Plays SlideShow Custom Animation
Hit the dropdown arrow beside the sound clip
Effect options lets you select when and how it plays
Timing lets you set the time that it plays

You can record your own narration to go with slides. Use the directions for Recording an Audio Clip and then insert the saved clip.
