Xerox Color Printers
Guidelines for the Xerox Color Printers
· If you want to make photocopies of Xerox copies, do not use autofeed.
· Do not run Xerox copies through a regular laser printer. The wax will melt and ruin the laser printer.
· Do not shut off the printer.
· Do not move the printer.
· If it needs service, contact the office or the technology staff.
You should be able to print to the color printer in each office, to a regular laser printer and to the printer in your room, which is the default printer. The printer in your room should be set to print black only.
Under normal circumstances, print to the printer in your room for one or two copies. To print more copies, print to the nearest black laser printer. For color, print to the office color laser printer.
