Back
to School Database- Enter
information about your students and then print name tags, book marks, etc
- Click Back to School Database
- Click Let’s Go
- Click
on the First icon and enter
your students names
- Click
on the New button to add
additional students
- When
finished, click on the Index
button to return to the main screen.
- Select
Name Tags, Place Cards, Bookmarks, Small Labels, Mailing Labels, B-day
Balloons, Kites, Pencils, or T-Shirts.
- When
finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen.
- Click Table of Contents to return to the
opening screen
Flash Cards – Type
questions and answers and then print flashcards.
- Click
on Flashcards
- Click Let’s Go
- Click
the Step 1 button
- Enter
your Prompt and Response
- Click New to add the next item
- When
you are finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen
- Click
on the Flashcard style you want
- Click
the Print button
- Click
the Finally button to see how
to cut the flashcards
- When
finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen.
- Click Table of Contents to return to the
opening screen
Greeting Cards –
Print birthday cards
- Click Let’s Go
- Click

beside To and enter who it is

the card type you want
- Click
on any of the text and you may edit the text
- When
you are finished, click the Print

Internet Addresses – Keep a list of your favorite URLs

page title
- Highlight
the URL in Internet Explorer and then paste into the URL box
- Enter
a short description of the site
- When
finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen.

list or on the Fish button to
print a bulletin board
- When
finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen.

Lesson Plans –
Enter your lesson plans and then print.
You can also print lessons for a substitute or for a student who was
absent.
- Click
on Lesson Plans
- Click Let’s Go
- Click
on the First button
- Enter
the date
- Enter
your name beside the For box
- Enter
the Cheney USD 268 in the School
box
- Enter
your class or hour at the top of each column
- Start
entering your lesson plans
- When
finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen.
- Click
on the Print button to print
lesson plans
- When
finished, click the Index
button to return to the main screen.
- You
may click on Student or Substitute boxes for the
appropriate day to print those lesson plans
- When
finished, click the Index
