WinZip

To Zip files:

· Click the New button

· In the Create in: box, select 3 1/2 floppy (A:)

· In the File name: box, give the new file a name (like elem.zip) Always end in zip.

· OK

· In the Add from: box, select c:\backup\order

· Select file to zip;

· Multiple Disk spanning window,check that “automatic wipe first disk” is selected

· Click ADD

To Unzip files:

· Insert the catalog disk. (sec95 or elem95)

· You are unzipping a file contained on more than one disk therefore you need to put the last disk in first.

· Click the Open button

· In the Look in: box, select the location of the file you wish to unzip (like 31/2 Floppy (A:))

· Highlight the zip file; Click OPEN

· Click the Extract button

· The Extract To: box should read C;\Backup\Order.

· If it doesn’t say c:\backup\order,

· Under Folders/Drives, click on c:\; click on backup; click on order

· Click the Extract button

· Follow the directions given on the screen
