Setting the Default File Locations

·         Options

·         File Locations

·         Click on Documents

·         Click on Modify

·         Browse to find where you want to save – probably X:\

·         Click OK

·         Click OK

 

 

Excel

·         Tools

·         Options

·         General

·         Click in the Default File Location box

·         There is no browse options so paste in X:\

·         Click OK

 

 

PowerPoint

·         Tools

·         Options

·         Save
