Student Directions:
You have the opportunity to order a friend by telephone from a mail-order catalog. Think about the qualities you want in a friend. Decide on the three characteristics that you want in a friend and give an example of each characteristic. You should also explain why each characteristic is important in a true. Remember to speak clearly and loud enough so that the sales person will know exactly what to send.
