You have been hired by a consulting firm to teach appropriate manners to some business executives who need some help. You will need to demonstrate:

A. How to introduce an adult and a child.
B. How to introduce two children.
C. How to answer the phone at a business and take a message.
D. How to answer the phone in a home setting and take a message.
E. How to use the eating utensils correctly.
F. Appropriate eating habits.

Practice introductions, role play telephone conversations, and role play a meal at home or in a restaurant.
Discuss various points of correct manners in the three situations being studied.
Draw pictures with 3-5 polite ideas being demonstrated.
