They will visit an organization in Wichita that can allow them to experience first hand what it will be like to parent a child with a birth defect. They will keep a diary of their feelings from the time they find out the child has a birth defect, the kind of defect and its characteristics and how are they going to handle this situation as a parent. They will also address how will other people treat the parents and the child?
