Student Directions:
You are an weight lifter, training for the next Summer Olympic Games. You need to plan a training schedule. Then write an assessment of your current conditioning level. During your training period, keep a log of your training activities. At the end of your training period, write a self-reflection of your strength & conditioning performances after your training program, compared to your assessment when you started. Be sure that your log is accurate. Your pre- and post-assessments should be accurate, complete and reflect your knowledge of the conditioning process.
