State Assessment Dates 2007-2008
This year continues the testing required under No Child Left Behind.  All students in grades three through eight will be tested in both reading and mathematics annually. This year we are also assessing science and social studies. The dates of these important assessments have been set, please note them below and plan to have your children in school on these days.
6^th Social Studies	April 29, May 1
6^th Reading	April 1-3
6^th Math	April 7, 9
7^th Reading	March 28, 31, April 1
7^th Math	April 7, 9
7^th Science	May 1, 5, 7
8^th Reading	March 11, 12, 13
8^th Math	April 8 and 10
8^th Social Studies	April 21, 23, 25
